Hello! My name is Susan Tolivar and I am the Instructional Technology Resource Teacher for Bel Air Elementary School. I will be instructing students in the computer lab for the first and third quarters of the year, as well as collaborating with teachers on various lessons and technology implementation. This is my 15th year teaching, and my fourth as an ITRT. I moved to Prince William County in the beginning of July having worked in Surry County for the last two years.
I am originally from New Orleans and moved to Virginia five years ago. I have a BA in Elementary Education and will earn a Masters in Educational Technology from Boise State University in May 2012.
I will be posting announcements, upcoming lessons, and any resources that might help you. Please check this webpage from time to time.
I am happy to be part of the Bel Air family, and am very excited to work with the students, parents, and teachers at Bel Air! Let's have a great year!
